By accessing this site. The following Terms & Conditions will apply. DFINE Terms & Conditions apply not only to this website, but to all its online market-places and DFINE retail store. DFINE reserves the right to modify, add, remove and change these Terms & Conditions at any given time without prior notice.

The most recent prices will always be displayed on the item product detail page and the item in your Shopping Cart. Placing an item in your Shopping cart does not reserve the price at that time. Prices are subject to availability of the product at the time of ordering. Pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, DFINE shall have the right, at DFINE’s sole discretion, to cancel orders placed for that item. Discount codes or vouchers offered by DFINE is valid for use on non-discounted items. Discount codes or Vouchers are not stackable. DFINE may change or adjust the mechanics of the discount codes or vouchers without any prior notice.

DFINE reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. This may include some situation such as, limitation or quantities available for purchases, inaccuracies or errors in product and pricing information. DFINE may contact you if additional information is required to accept your order.

Your order will be sent within an estimated time of 1 to 3 business day as soon as payments are verified and delivery shall be made to the address specified in the order. DFINE uses the services of JNE, TIKI and SiCepat for the delivery of your orders. DFINE will not be responsible for any additional charges such as import duty or miscellaneous fee. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you will have to contact the respective delivery courier company to arrange collection. If your goods are received by 3rd party personnel (security guard, reception, management office or etc), DFINE will not be held responsible for any loss resulting in this arrangement.

If the item you received is not the item that you ordered or defected in manufacturing, kindly email support@officialdfine.com with your order number. The item must be unused, inside its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. (Sale item will not be applicable for exchange or refund.) We will only accept exchanges or refund within 7 days from the date on the receipt. Unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges or refund if 7 days have passed since your purchase. If the reason for exchange is change of mind or if you are not satisfied with the products, kindly note that we may reject your request for exchange. Shipping cost while returning the item will be the responsibilities of the customer and we will not be responsible if the item shipped is lost or broken during the shipping.
